About Us

The company’s history dates back to 1935 when the business was founded by none other than Frank Webb, making this one of Nottingham’s oldest and most traditional plumbing and heating contractors.

The business went from strength to strength carrying out major works on public buildings, churches and industrial premises including Nottingham’s famous Wollaton Hall.

Following Frank Webb’s illness in 1961 the business was taken over by two of his most able Lieutenants, Bob Rice and John Atherton who owned the company until september 2009.

Those same traditional skills remain today and in addition to the more usual requirements of customers, Frank Webb Plumbers undertake specialist work such as renovation of rainwater goods, lead embellishment and reinstating leadworks.

Frank Webb Plumbers operate throughout the UK completing new installations and maintenance contracts for industrial heating plants.
