Frank Webb Plumbers is an Approved Contractor for maintenance work we manage properties for Nottingham council and private landlords. We work with Lettings Departments, Lettings Management Departments and Block Management Departments;  picking up keys, liaising with landlords, tenants, block managers, porters and so on.

We are familiar with working in all types of properties and Blocks for minor and major plumbing, gas and heating and electrics jobs.  Our strength is responding quickly and efficiently to multiple property requirements. We are based close to Nottingham city centre with engineers based throughout the east midlands. Much of our work is already in your areas so we can have our nearest engineers on site immediately for you. We are able to respond to same-day as well as pre-booked work.

Our engineers are Gas Safe registered for gas and NICEIC approved for electrics and part P compliance.

We DO NOT charge a call out fee on top of our hourly rates and we carry out completely free quotations. Our engineers are uniformed, drive our sign written vans and are used to working in Nottingham properties.
